PENN MEDICINE VALLEY FORGE

University of Pennsylvania Health System
IMC served as the Design/Builder, of this 90,000 SF, multi-phase project that provides clinical and primary
care space, an imaging center, as well as cancer center with LINAC vault. The facility incorporates
classrooms, meeting rooms, a group lecture room, conference/seminar facilities, administrative offices and
support areas. A one story parking deck was also constructed along with rain gardens and a green roof
to aid with storm water management. Penn Medicine Valley Forge is LEED Silver featuring a green roof
and is a Diamond Award Winner for Water Resources from American Council of Engineering Companies
Pennsylvania Chapter.
