Hospital of the University of Penn Offices
Complete design-build renovation, fitout and upgrade to a six-story office building in Philadelphia for
the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Work included the complete demolition of the existing
interior infrastructure with a total new design and rebuild of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire
protection systems. Complete restoration of the exterior building limestone, sealants, and all new entry
and all window systems. Sitework upgrades included new paving, sidewalks, ramps, landscaping, ADA
updates and bike racks.
