600 Evergreen is a two-story, 36,000 square foot medical office building in Concord Township, PA. The
new medical office building has enhanced practice efficiency with direct access to hospital services and
amenities needed by the surrounding community. The new, custom designed physician office suites offers
generous improvement allowances for tenants. The key outpatient services that occupy the medical office
building include wound care, physical therapy, and primary care. IMC is serving as the Design-Builder.
