Medical Arts Pavilion & Skybridge
IMC constructed the core & shell of this four story 147,000 square foot, physician owned medical office
building. This included a skybridge connection to an existing medical office building at Bryn Mawr Hospital.
IMC also completed a 78,000-square-foot fitout for Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association and a
pediatric ambulatory surgery center for Nemours AI DuPont Childrens Hospital. The Bryn Mawr Medical
Arts Pavilion is LEED Gold.
