Under Section 2 Sub-section (2), paragraphs (a)(f)(g)(l) and (n) and with
reference to the party structures separating the above premises, it is intended which adjoins my premises, and in relation to the works proposed
to carry out the works detailed below after the expiration of two months from under Section 2 Sub-section (2), paragraphs (a)(f)(g)(l) and (n), as
service of this notice. described in the Notice
The proposed works are: loft conversion , hereby CONSENT to the proposed works
(1) To cut into the Party Wall to insert flashings and joist hangers;
(2) To cut into the Party Wall to insert spreader plates to support steal beams; Or
It is intended to commence works as soon as notice has run or earlier by hereby DISSENT from the above works and, a dispute having

Under Section 5, if you do not consent to the works within 14 days you are
deemed to have dissented and a difference is deemed to have arisen. In such Mr/Ms/Mrs
