            Core Messaging

            1.Positioning Line → 8 –12 word description of what you do and who it’s for. (e.g.
            Helping reinventors reimagine, rewrite and live their story)
            2.Tagline / Signature Phrase → Short, punchy identity anchor. (e.g. Brand you, future-
            fit. Real, relevant, radically useful.)
            3.About Me / Brand Narrative → 1–2 paragraph story that brings your brand to life.
            4.Elevator Pitch (20–30 sec) → Clear, casual intro for networking, panels, podcasts.(“I
            help mid-career professionals reinvent their work stories...")


            Messaging Themes

            5.Brand Pillars → 3–5 core themes or topics you talk about (e.g. reinvention, personal
            narrative, visibility, tools for momentum)
            6.Core Messages / Beliefs → Statements you repeat to anchor your POV. (e.g. “Your
            story isn’t stuck — it’s in draft.”)
            7.Tone of Voice Guide → What your brand sounds like: Friendly? Brave? Warm?
            Coachy? Sharp? Direct?


            Content & Communication Tools

            8.Hashtags or Content Tags → For social visibility (e.g. #RadicallyUseful #BrandYou)
            9.Talking Points → Use for panels, interviews, bios, pitch decks.
            10.Call-to-Action Phrases → How you invite people to work with you or explore further.
            (“Download the Play^Book,” “Join the Sprint,” “Start your Rewrite.”)
