2.Tagline / Signature Phrase → Short, punchy identity anchor. (e.g. Brand you, future-
fit. Real, relevant, radically useful.)
3.About Me / Brand Narrative → 1–2 paragraph story that brings your brand to life.
4.Elevator Pitch (20–30 sec) → Clear, casual intro for networking, panels, podcasts.(“I
help mid-career professionals reinvent their work stories...")
Messaging Themes
5.Brand Pillars → 3–5 core themes or topics you talk about (e.g. reinvention, personal
narrative, visibility, tools for momentum)
6.Core Messages / Beliefs → Statements you repeat to anchor your POV. (e.g. “Your
story isn’t stuck — it’s in draft.”)
7.Tone of Voice Guide → What your brand sounds like: Friendly? Brave? Warm?
Coachy? Sharp? Direct?
