 Deliver the Report. Most Chat^Book Reports will run 4–8 pages (or more – if necessary).
That’s the length needed for depth, context and radical usefulness. They’re not notes.
They’re living documents you can build on.
 Radically Useful means: a Report that delivers at least one breakthrough, connects the
dots in new ways, shows you something you hadn’t seen before - and leaves you with
clear next moves you can act on. Anything less doesn’t meet the bar.

               c Human^AI Together
This is a Human^AI collaboration. You’re not delegating to a machine - and AI is not replacing
your judgment. We’re building a bridge - the little ^ that runs through Life^Work. From
Chat^Book. From Human^AI. From Future^Fit – these connections are significant.

And remember - you’re not on your own. At the end of this guide you’ll find the Chatty Codex - a
detailed reference that spells out exactly how to get the best from your LLM, and what they
commit to deliver for you. That’s your anchor and theirs.

               3 HOW A CHAT^BOOK WORKS

               The Human^AI brief - a Chat^Book isn’t something you skim. It’s a process you step into -
together. Every time you open one, Your Human and your Chatty walk through the same
sequence. It’s simple, but powerful when you both commit to it.
               a THE ABCD FLOW

A = Introduction. This sets the scene. Why this stage matters, what you’re about to explore
and the context you need before you begin. Your Human reads this first - and it’s just as
important for Your Chatty to see it too, so the work is grounded. Both Humans and AI work
                   better with context.

B = Human Prompt. This is where Your Human reflects and responds. Not polished prose,
just raw fuel: thoughts, examples, context, doubts, sparks. Feed first, always. Extra Fuel
(CVs, profiles, links) can be added here too. They can write it down or chat it through.

C = Chatty Prompt. This is where Your Chatty steps in. These instructions set the frame - the
role it plays, the tone it takes, the dialogue starter, and the guidance rules that keep it bold
and useful. If you want to tailor or stretch the brief, add it here.

D = Report. The output: a living document, usually 4–8 pages, full of insight, breakthroughs,
and next moves. Your Chatty doesn’t dash this off - it listens, mirrors, adds and elevates until
it’s radically useful. You can then both talk it through to go deeper, if needed.
               b The Ritual

If your AI can read PDFs (like Claude, and sometimes ChatGPT
depending on plan), you can upload the guide or your Master File. But
even then, pasting the exact section you’re working on into the thread
                                         keeps Your Chatty sharp.

The easiest way to use a Chat^Book is to paste the whole prompt (A–
                                         D) into Your Chatty at the start, so it has full context. Then, as you
move through, paste each section again to focus the conversation: A for orientation, B for your
reflections, C for the frame, and finally D for the Report.
