6 USING DIFFERENT AI PARTNERS

Chat^Books are designed to be used with an AI partner that can take PDFs or documents. That
doesn’t always mean you need a paid plan but the paid versions usually give you more space to
work with: larger files, longer memory and smoother sessions.

Our ideal set-up is simple:
 Foundation feed: Your Chat^Book + your Master File. This gives Your Chatty the richest
possible context.
 Prompt inputs: Paste in your Human reflections and instructions each time. Even if your
AI has “seen” the file, the thread itself is read differently. Pasting the section into the
conversation keeps Your Chatty focused.
If your AI doesn’t take uploads, it still works - you just copy and paste the relevant sections of
your Master File and the prompt you’re working on. It takes a little longer, but it’s how you make
sure your Chatty always has the fuel it needs.

You don’t need to learn the quirks of every model. Just check and play. Try what works, notice
what doesn’t, and adjust. In our experience, ChatGPT and Claude usually deliver the strongest
responses for this kind of deep Human^AI work. The principle is the same whichever tool you use
– feed context first, paste prompts for focus, and let the conversation do the rest.
