Your Chatty really needs A and B first to ground the work in your reality. C and D then give the
structure and bring it to life. That order is what makes the Reports different: contextual, personal
               and radically useful.

               4 HOW A CHAT^BOOK IS BUILT

Each section has its own role to play, and together they create the bridge between Your Human
and Your Chatty. Once you see how it works, you’ll also see how you can borrow these principles
               in your own prompting.

 A begins with a breakthrough. We always start by identifying the problem or opportunity
and then surfacing the shift that matters: the insight, the tension, the question worth
exploring. Then we ground it - what it is in plain English, and why it matters now.

 B is your Human Prompt. This is where Your Human feeds Chatty. The raw material:
reflections, examples, doubts, sparks. We call it Chatty Food. And if you want to go
further, you can add Extra Fuel: a CV, LinkedIn profile, job description, website link, or
notes from your journal - anything that helps Chatty see your world more clearly. You are
going to build a Master File and giving the updated version to Your Chatty to read in a PDF
each time - will transform your interactions.

 C is the Chatty Prompt. This is where we design the role Your Chatty plays. Every prompt
                       spells out four things:
 Role - the job Your Chatty is here to do (coach, thinking partner, career-proofing
                              ally).

 Tone - always warm, clear, enabling.

 Dialogue - the way the conversation should begin, often with a starter question.

 Guidance - reminders drawn from the Codex to keep Chatty focused and bold.

This design is how we keep outputs sharp. It’s also a method you can mirror when you
want to create your own prompts - clarity on role, tone, dialogue, and guidance makes all
the difference. And you can add to/ change any of these if you want a different outcome.

 D is the Report. Every Chat^Book ends with a Radically Useful Report. It always begins
with a Sit Rep - where you are now - and then builds into a Breakthrough Report tied to the
strategy you’re working on. Each one is different, but the standard never changes - it must
                       feel personal, insightful and actionable.

That’s the structure. Not a formula, but a flow. Each part does its job - and together they create
               the bridge from:

                                 Reflection^Action > from Question^Clarity,

                                       > from Your Human^Your Chatty.
