Weekly Massive Action Plans (MAP)
6 their Battle Boards work out which activities need to be done each week.
A MAP is your Weekly Massive Action Plan Go through your 8 Goals and from
.
Transfer the Task to that weeks MAP and identify the first 3 steps needed to
begin it. You have 12 boxes just like the Goal Setting Battle Boards. In each box
list the Goal, then the Task and then the 3 steps. Tick them off as they are
completed.
At least half the boxes should contain tasks that directly relate to the 8 goals
you have set. The others can be the priorities from your day to day WorkLife, or
you can just choose to focus on your goals in your Journal and use all 12 boxes.
We have created a framework but you must take the time to make it work for
you.
Now what needs to be done
This framework is designed to help you get stuff done. This is about consistent
small steps every day. If you successfully manage to complete those 18 to 36
steps each week towards achieving your goals you will be making significant
progress in 100 days. It is not all about grand gestures – it is the small things
that compound to move the needle forward. It means you need to break big
WEEKLY tasks down into small steps to make them happen. The key word here and one
of the fundamental ingredients of success is consistency. Make sure you stay in
line and keep moving forward. Consistent focused activity compounds daily so it
MASSIVE becomes far easier to build momentum.
ACTION What matters most?
The journal is designed to make room for the important before the urgent. You
PLAN may not always get there but each weeks MAP is a reminder on your priorities.
Weekly and daily use the 80/20 rule to look for the 20% of activities that will
give you 80% of your results. If it matters make it a MUST by highlighting it to
ensure you focus on it.
