The Daily Journal is designed to track the things that will have a direct impact
         7                                           designed based on some of the core ingredients of a well lived and
                                                     on your wellbeing, productivity, outlook on life, learning and growth. It was

                                                     meaningful life. It is not a diary as it only seeks to focus on your goals and
                                                     priorities for the day. It is not a bullet journal although it does seek to track
                                                     habits, mood and energy. It is your day journal providing a broad framework
                                                     plus freeform spaces to personalise it.


                                                    Gratitude for a meaningful life
                                                     Expressing gratitude daily is good for your health, growth, perspective on life,
                                                     gives you greater humility and lifts your spirits. How do you bring daily
                                                     gratitude into your life? The way I look for daily inspiration for this is to start
                                                     within myself and work outwards i.e. my health, my wellbeing, my spirit, my
                                                     faith, my learning, my growth, my mood, my energy, my love, my immediate
                                                     environment, my day, my life, my family, my friends, my pets, my home, my
                                                     possessions, my work, my talents, my experiences, my lessons, my memories,
                                                     my magic moments, my community, my country, my world, nature, the planet
                                                     and onwards!

                                                     It could also simply be a person you are grateful to have in your life, the
                  DAILY                              opportunity you had to serve someone else or be kind, a book you enjoyed,
                                                     the weather, a memory that makes you smile, a gift you received, a great meal,
                                                     a magic moment, a lesson learned, a place or an accomplishment you are
             JOURNAL                                 proud of. It is about consistently looking for and celebrating the good in your
                                                     life.

                                                    Look for and learn from success

                                                     This is about picking up on the daily big and small wins. What did you
                                                     achieve? What worked for you? What is worth celebrating or simply
                                                     acknowledging? When you reflect on your days each week these successes will
                                                     tell a powerful story. Writing about success will also improve your confidence
                                                     and self esteem.
