The BIG Review
REFLECT & This is positioned every 6 weeks in your Journal – so each phase has 3 BIG
Reviews. When you reach the end of your 100 days you can either continue

REVIEW journaling until you reach the Review or you can fill in that 3 Review at the end

of the 100 day week. To prepare read through your vision, values and the goals
you have set so you have a clear view of what you are trying to achieve. Then
read through the 6 Weekly Reviews before considering these questions.
Big 10 Questions
We provide 10 headings or questions to act as prompts for this Review plus a
review your 8 goals activity. The objective is to do a deep dive review into the last
6 weeks and gain the insights and learning to refocus you for the next 6 weeks.
This helps to maintain/ build your momentum or get you back on track.
1. Successes – list and celebrate those wins!
2. Traction – Where did you make significant progress on your goals and
priorities? What can you learn from this?
3. Stuck /Procrastination – Where did you get stuck, procrastinate or sabotage
yourself? What got in the way? What was the impact from this? What
strategies do you have to eliminate these?
4. Habits and Traits Weekly Scores Review – What happened to your scores?
How did they change? What was the impact?
5. Stop/ Start/ Less/ More – Fill in the 4 box grid and include in your plans.
6. 5 MUSTs for next 6 weeks – What will build momentum or turn things
around? Add them to next weeks MAP too.
7. First microstep for each MUST – What is a tiny step you can take now?
8. Setting yourself up to win – What needs to change to help you succeed?
9. Asking for help – Who can you involve or ask for help to increase your
chances of achieving your goals?
10. Rethink or pivot – What is not working? Where do you need to rethink your
plans or change direction to improve your chances of success? Do your
priorities or goals need to change? Are you who you need to be to deliver on
this?
You have some structure but most of this space is left for freeform journaling to
answer the questions, reflect and learn. Take your time and do it your way.
