LOTO REQUIREMENTS
SPECIALIST TECHNICAL SERVICES
● Identify all potential energy sources.
● Locate isolation points for all energy sources.
● Isolate, lockout and tagout all energy sources.
● Remove any residual energy.
● Verify the lockout was successful.
● Follow the STS lockout/tagout procedure.
● Ensure the permits are completed.
