As we approach the upcoming election for our Board
of Directors, we invite you to join us for our 2nd an-
nual Board Candidate Interest Forum. This forum, fa-
cilitated by AASBO’s Immediate Past President, is de-
signed to provide those interested with an opportunity
to learn more about the responsibilities of the board,
upcoming vacancies, and the process of candidacy.
During the forum, current board members will share
insights into their roles, the expectations of serving
on the board, and what they’ve gained as a board
member. Whether you are considering running for a
position in the upcoming election, a future election, or
simply wish to better understand the governance of
our association, we encourage all interested members
to attend. We believe that a diverse and engaged
board is essential for the success of our association,
so hitch a ride and jump on in, and we look forward
to seeing you at the Board Candidate Interest Forum!
