Robert J. Meshinsky
Former FBI Special Agent
Robert Meshinsky is the Practice Leader of Forensic Services and Cyber Security at WGM
Information Security Services LLC in Scottsdale Arizona.
Prior to joining WGM, Meshinsky was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of In-
vestigation for over 20 years. Meshinsky worked complex Criminal, National Security
and Computer Intrusion cases. Meshinsky served as a member of the Computer Analysis
Response Team for 19 years, including 17 years as the Phoenix Division’s CART Coordi-
nator. As a member of CART, Meshinsky participated in over 500 search warrants and
examined 1000s of pieces of digital evidence across all violations investigated by the
FBI. Meshinsky also served as the Tactical Operations Center team leader for the Phoe-
nix Division SWAT team for over 17 years. Meshinsky taught several Computer Forensic
and Intrusion classes at the FBI Academy, instructed various law enforcement organiza-
tions throughout the country, has been a guest lecturer at Arizona State University and
is an Adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.
Meshinsky’s career prior to his FBI service included managing the production unit for
a Silicon Valley software development company producing Artificial Intelligence (AI),
Graphic User Interface and Client Server Database software and was a Board Operator/
Engineer at KYA\KSFO radio in San Francisco. Meshinsky is a graduate of the University
of San Francisco with a degree in Business Management.
