Iowa State Fair
Students projects can be shown at the Iowa State
Fair. Here are three of the students that exhibited
last year. These are just a few of the examples of
SAE projects. A special note we had four mem-
bers who will receive their Iowa Degrees this year:
Quentin Slater-Beef Production, Sam Martin-Beef
Production, Ty Lantz-Beef Production, and Payton
Stephens- Placement. Congratulations to these in-
dividuals!
interested in and rotate through several jobs during
their internship. At the end of the internship, their
experiences can help them determine what career
interests them in the future. So far the program is
going great! The students have been very engaged
and positive. All of the trainers have enjoyed work-
ing with the students and have been very impressed
with their level of attention and willingness to
learn. Some students are already volunteering to
work extra hours! We are eager to continue this
long-term partnership and hope the students find it
just as rewarding as we do.
