"It's just that, Rainar… there are some people, not just me, who think you’re

                   gonna fuck it up."
“I've put everything at stake here, Claire, Everything! Why, why?"

"You're a bigger moron than I first thought. Clean up after yourself. Make them

understand that there must some kind of great misunderstanding behind all of
this. If they are not out, and I mean completely out of Germany very soon, you

won’t see a damn penny. No money, do you understand? ”Claire answers him

even more furious than he was before. Her choice of fighting fire with fire didn’t
seem to work on Rainar, who’s now building up for a comeback.

“Oh please, shut up! Without me, you wouldn’t even be here. After all, you can't
do anything right anyway. Don’t give me no damn money excuse. Don’t mention

anything about money again. I can easily put the amount of money I have in my

disposal at work in Kräsen’s security – hire other people. I am well connected.
I’m keeping my prices down at the moment. I’m used to take a way bigger

                   chunk,"

Rainar suddenly stops his flow of words as if he had to rewire his brain for the
words he wants to say next.

"From whom did you know about Tom’s whereabouts” he yells at the phone.
“Rainar, don't expose your mistakes any further. This is not a game. As I said

before, you seem almost dumber than I ever could imagine."

                     She ends the conversation.

                                                           ***

In daylight, rest area 10A most of all resembles an abandoned machine factory.
The area is newly constructed, with the two signs with signs indicating that this

is a rest area look as if they have just been placed there. At one end of the

recently constructed tarmac area are a steamroller, a couple of mini bulldozers,
and a machine for making stripes on the tarmac.

"Well, here we are," says Ahmed with a sceptical look, observing the sad

landscape, where the rest area is a little away from it as an indifferent notch
between a couple of modern large-scale farming, which clearly does not serve as

a habitation for anything but slaughter cattle. . Karin and Helle have taken their
positions on the roof of one of the cattle stables opposite rest area 10 A.
