photo material at SS General Bernard Ferst's Munich office and how it was paid

                   every other Friday.
He accepted the contract that Angee handed him. Not without schadenfreude,

Uno thought that these powerful people wanted the very best. This job was not

for amateurs. Not everyone could manage this task. The country was dependent
                   on him.

He was a little embarrassed, that he actually was proud of the fact that they

wanted him. The legend Uno Hinterglau.
                   An excellent art expert.

With an unprecedented assurance flowing through the body, Uno gave his hand

to say goodbye. When he left Angee's office, a thought went through his big

round head. This task would become the landmark of his life. He was sure of it.

                   Chapter 16

There wasn’t many people in the street, when Uno hastely left the Prinz-Albrecht
Strasse and the Gestapo zone. The war was starting to hurt everyone, including

the Nazi sympathizers. The euphoria of the first years of Nazi leadership was

gradually replaced by anxiety and a fear of the future. At the moment, Uno wasn’t
really afraid. He made sure that the contract, which he had stopped in the inner

pocket of the jacket, was still there.

Instead of taking the tram, he suddenly went for a stroll. A plan began to
take shape in his head. Things was falling in to place. A way to escape the

                   tristesse of Trudie.

The legs automatically led him towards the gallery, Museum Hinterglau. He knew
that the sign was still hanging there. If the patrol in the area wasn’t increased, he

could easily get entrance. Luck would have it he always was carrying the keys to

                   the museum.

Finally, he reached the gallery. No sound was present. Apparently no one who
felt it was necessary to keep an eye on the area and the gallery anymore.
