Article VIII. Dissolution of the Amutah.

A general meeting is authorized to decide on the dissolution of the Amutah, based on 75% of
the participants at the Meeting and on condition that there be present at this Meeting at least
75% of the Amutah membership. Should the Amutah be dissolved and after all debts fully paid,
the remaining property will be transferred to another public institution, as defined in Section
9(2) of the Income Tax Order, and shall not be disbursed among the members.
