Day 15: Cleanse : Nutrition


               Nutrition
               You are much more likely to stick with the cleanse if you have a clear plan of what to eat. Use the
               suggested meal plan below or create your own cleanse friendly meal plan using the recipes under the
               More section or crafting your own using cleanse friendly ingredients. Ideally, you want to eat more food
               earlier in the day when your fat burning capabilities are highest, and less in the evening, when
               metabolism slows down, especially if you are trying to shed some excess weight.
               Meal Plan
               Wakeup
               Large glass of hot water with lemon
               + Flax Seed Cocktail
               Breakfast
               Shake with 2 Tablespoons flax oil or coconut oil
               Plain mocha with nut butter & sliced fruit (optional)
               Detox tea
               Or other on plan item/recipe
               Mid Morning
               Sliced Veggies
               fruit, veggies or small handful of nuts
               Or other on-plan item/recipe
               Lunch
               Kale salad
               Or other on-plan item/recipe
               Mid Afternoon
               Shake, if hungry
               Or other on-plan item/recipe
               Dinner
               Warm Water with Lemon (20 min before dinner)
               Gentle Lentil Soup
               + Oven Roasted Carrot Fries
               Detox tea
               Or other on plan item/recipe
               Dessert
               Sweet tea (such as vanilla, almond or rose, optional)

               Bedtime

               Early morning
               Upon rising, drink a big glass of warm lemon water.
               Follow with flaxseed cocktail.
               During the next 15 minutes breathe, stretch, walk outside.
               Drink a shake with 2 Tablespoons of flax oil or coconut oil.Eat breakfast (if you are hungry).
               Detox tea (after you eat).
