Once we have received approval from you for our Design
Development phase, we will proceed onto Phase III –
Construction Documents. Phase IV - Construction Administration
During this phase, we have assumed a role including the
following:
Phase III - Construction Documents
Based on approvals made during Design Development, ■ Answer RFIs during the subcontractor bid period;
Bernardon will move forward with interior ■ Attend a pre-construction meeting;
documentation of the amenity design and unit finish ■ Attend on-site construction observation meetings
selections for bidding and construction. Tasks and as requested [maximum of five (5)];
deliverables during this phase will include: ■ Attend OAC calls during construction as requested
[maximum of ten (10)]; and
Amenity Space and Common Area ■ Review specific shop drawings (custom/specialty
