Conestoga Food Bank, Conestoga, PA
■Project name and owner: Conestoga Food Bank for Bethel Evangelical Congregational Church

■Building type: The Conestoga Food Bank is an unincorporated organization that is the
fiduciary responsibility of Bethel Evangelical Congregational Church
(BECC). BECC needed to provide a food storage structure at the rear of the
existing church property located at 3716 Main Street in Conestoga, PA.
The 780 square foot storage building will provide a 610 square foot space
to accommodate dry food storage and cold food storage for the Food Bank
and a 170 square foot utility garage for use by BECC.

Cold Storage Warehouse, Oldmans Township, NJ
■Project name and owner: Cold Storage Warehouse for The Manfredi Companies
■Year completed: Phase I is currently under construction. Anticipated completion 2022.
■Building type: The project is a cold storage warehouse consisting of 583,550 SF
of warehouse and 20,000 SF of office and support space when fully
constructed. Phase 1 is currently under construction and is comprised of
103,000 SF. The exterior of the building is insulated metal wall panels.
■Type of project: New
■Form of Construction Delivery: CM-at-risk be determined
■Construction cost: Withheld at Owner’s request.

Country Fresh Mushrooms, Toughkenamon, PA
■Project name and owner: Country Fresh Mushroom Co.
■Year completed: Packaging Plant and Vehicle Maintenance - 2014; Vacuum Cooler Addition
- 2015; Shipping Office Addition - 2016
■Building type: The project is a 57,000 SF packaging plant with a 4,000 SF free-stranding
vehicle maintenance facility for Country Fresh Mushrooms, the only
family-owned cooperative of independent mushroom farms in the United
States. Subsequent design services included a new vacuum cooler and
shipping office additions.
■Type of project: New
■Form of Construction Delivery: CM-at-risk
