Victory Brewing Company Production Facility, Parkesburg, PA

■Building type: In support of their environmentally responsible mission of building
reuse, Victory was determined to find an existing building that would
accommodate a new production brewery, restaurant, and distribution
center. Bernardon provided design services for the phased renovations and
additions to an existing 210,000 square foot, one-story precast concrete
warehouse. Victory’s goal was to create a unique brewery experience
for their exciting company. The design celebrates the brewing process
by drawing visual attention to the brewhouse, the heart and soul of the
brewery. The glass façade of the brewhouse showcases the brewing process,
and provides brewers with a beautiful environment for mastering their
craft. A new mezzanine meanders above the production and packaging
floor and provides patrons the opportunity to witness the complete process
of producing world-class beer.

Sierra Warehouse, Ewing Township, NJ
■Project name and owner: Sierra Warehouse on behalf of TG & Associates of NJ, LLC for the State of
New Jersey
■Year completed: Phase I is currently under construction. Anticipated completion 2022.
■Building type: The project is a build-to-suit, one-story building of approximately
195,000 SF. Currently under construction, the building will utilize precast
concrete load-bearing panels. There will be approximately 14,000 SF of
finished office space, with the balance of the space as open warehouse
separated into secure areas via chain link fencing.
