collaborated to complete the long-term preservation plan for
this landmark.
The scope included extensive brick restoration; exterior
woodwork conservation; restoration of the terrace and
perimeter railings; interior finishes restoration; and
replacement of HVAC, electrical, fire safety and security
systems.
