Allentown Parking Authority Maple Street Parking Garage

Design Statement: Situated in the heart of Downtown
Allentown, the Allentown Parking Authority Maple
Street Parking Garage is a new 346,390 SF, six-story
parking garage featuring a green roof. Allentown Parking
Authority currently owns and operates seven parking
decks throughout the Allentown area, including an
existing deck located within the project site, and the new
Maple Street Parking Garage has been created to provide
additional parking spaces to the downtown area. The garage
accommodates 1,000 cars, and the art installation will
absorb vehicle emissions for the next five to seven years.
