four (4) GCs, followed by two (2) to (4) weeks of review and
negotiations between the Owner and low GC bidder(s).
If the bidding and negotiations period is longer than
anticipated or if additional meetings are required outside of
the fault of the design team, we reserve the right to invoice
our additional time at our standard hourly rates, which are
adjusted annually.
