Office Building
A new 17,000 square foot Medical Office Building is to be constructed in Easton,
Maryland. Part of the building will be occupied by a single practice and the
remaining space will be occupied by an ambulatory surgical practice. The building

shell and core and fit out will be constructed as one project.
DEDC completed mechanical and electrical engineering and design for both the
shell and core and fit out of the building. The design addressed the specific needs
of the current tenants but provides for future flexibility.
Our services included HVAC system option evaluation as well as completing the
schematic design, design development and construction document phases of the
design process. We also will provide assistance during construction and project
start up.
