76ers Fieldhouse

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE

A new 140,000 76ers Fieldhouse is a multi-purpose sports complex and youth
training center which will be the future home to the 76ers’ NBA G League Team,
the Delaware Blue Coats, Nemours Sports Medicine, the Titus Sports Academy
and Future Soccer Stars Foundation.

This Nemours Sports Medicine Clinic at the 76ers Fieldhouse will offer the
following services:

• Sports Medicine Physician Services (concussion specialists, sports
medicine physicians and surgeons)
• Imaging (X-ray)
• Cast Room
• Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapist and Athletic Trainers
• NeuroCom Concussion Evaluation and Rehabilitation
• Indoor Track Lanes

DEDC provided engineering and design services for the project.

Our services included an initial assessment of the mechanical and electrical
systems serving the building and development of options to replace and upgrade
the systems. DEDC presented mechanical and electrical system upgrade options
to the project team and lead the effort to select a path forward. Once the path
forward was established, we completed construction documents for the project and
are assisting with construction, commissioning and system start up.
