Project Information Detail Phlebotomy Lab
The facility features a Phlebotomy Lab, Express Care, two pods of Primary Care
Exam space, a Multi-Specialty exam pod, full Imaging component including MRI, HBS Services
CT, Rad/Fluoro, Ultrasound, Dexa and Mammography. Additionally, the facility Equipment Planning
provides Cardiology services including Echo, Nuclear Camera, Stress Testing and Equipment Procurement
a Cardiology medical practice.
Project Size
The project team used Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure an 80,000 SF
exceptionally well-coordinated three-dimensional design. This allowed efficient
use of field labor and help hospital user groups, who might not be able to read Equipment Budget
traditional architectural plans, visualize their future workspaces. $4.4 million

Healthcare Building Solutions’ scope of services included developing a budget Construction Budget
for new purchases of equipment and furnishings for all areas included in the $16 million
project, and developing purchase specifications for owner-supplied major and
minor equipment. Completion Date

In addition, the project team is responsible for procurement services, including
delivery and installation/relocation management services, as well as
coordinating and scheduling the activities performed by other consultants and
vendors.
