ambulatory surgical practices, rheumatology, cardiology, oncology and offices. Women’s Health

Penn Medicine will relocate approximately 125,000 square feet of clinical Audiology
programs located nearby into the new facility. The space has been designed to Central Sterile
offer a more collaborative approach to treatment. For example, neurosciences,

Equipment Planning
The project also includes a 1,000-car parking garage for the new facility. Future Equipment Procurement
development of the property calls for a 150,000-square-foot office building and Equipment Installation
a 75,000-square-foot hotel, with a second garage for 700 to 800 cars. Transition Planning Services
Facility Activation Services
HBS’s scope of services includes creating a composite budget for new purchases
of equipment and furnishings for all areas included in the project, and Project Size
developing purchase specifications for owner-supplied major and minor 250,000 SF
equipment.
Equipment Budget
HBS is also responsible for procurement services, including delivery and $34.0 million
installation/relocation management services, as well as coordinating and
scheduling the activities performed by other consultants and vendors. Construction Budget
