programs located nearby into the new facility. The space has been designed to Central Sterile

Equipment Planning
The project also includes a 1,000-car parking garage for the new facility. Future Equipment Procurement
development of the property calls for a 150,000-square-foot office building and Equipment Installation

Facility Activation Services
HBS’s scope of services includes creating a composite budget for new purchases
of equipment and furnishings for all areas included in the project, and Project Size
developing purchase specifications for owner-supplied major and minor 250,000 SF
equipment.
Equipment Budget
HBS is also responsible for procurement services, including delivery and $34.0 million
installation/relocation management services, as well as coordinating and
scheduling the activities performed by other consultants and vendors. Construction Budget
