HBS provided a full range of services for this 150,000 SF outpatient build-out GYN Sub Specialty
with additional phases in planning which decanted and co-located four Medical Oncology
independent outpatient facilities into a new facility following the renovation of MFM
a defunct department store. Orthopedics
Penn Medicine’s new shared services healthcare model co-locates infusion, lab, HBS Services
primary care, obstetrics, and specialty care exam-based practices within the Equipment Planning
rejuvenated space. The second floor incorporates a flexible layout with universal Equipment Procurement
exam rooms to support over 20 practices in a collaborative environment, Equipment Installation
creating better coordination between primary care, specialty care, and Transition Planning

Facility Activation
Programs for radiology, radiation oncology, physical therapy, and a retail Project Management
pharmacy have been included to complement and expand upon previously

HBS’s scope of services include creating a composite budget for new purchases Equipment Budget

In addition, the project team is responsible for procurement services, including
delivery and installation/relocation management services, as well as Completion Date
