day soon became one the
most interesting and tensed
days of the Bush War, an
enemy pilot had defected

into Namibia delivering the
South African Forces with a
Russian built fighter aircraft
(MC-21). This meant a
complete stay away zone
and only the highest

superiors were allowed
access in order to make
informative decisions on the
way forward. Many enemy
aircraft were infiltrated and shot down. Much of the operations during this
period are still classified “Top secret “. So,
for now some detailed events will only be

know to those who were present at the time
or had access to such sensitive
information.

The war was intense, and many lost their
lives. Some things will forever be
remembered.
