                                                        IJEOMA AGBOTI-OBATOYINBO
                                                        MD/CEO, FBNQUEST FUNDS
                          Ijeoma has over 20 years' experience in the global investment business. Her focus has been on private equity and
                          other alternative asset classes, channeling much needed institutional investment into strong businesses poised
                          for growth, particularly in Africa. She has spent her career advising institutional and private investors on private
                          equity investment strategies, evaluation, selection and allocation.
                          Ijeoma is the Managing Director / CEO of FBNQuest Funds, the alternative investments business of FBNQuest.
                          She is also a member of FBNQuest's Executive Leadership Committee and select company boards. Prior to
                          joining FBNQuest, she ran her own alternative investments consultancy, OAI Alternative Investments and led
                          Investor Coverage and Corporate Business Development activities across Africa for a diversified alternatives
                          platform. Previously, she spent 13 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. including 11 years with the JPMorgan Asset
                          Management  Private  Equity  Group  in  both  New  York  and  London.  There  she  led  the  group's  business
                          development activities in EMEA performing broad functions across investment selection, portfolio management,
                          investor relations and product development.   Ijeoma holds a B.Sc. from the University of Lagos, a CSS from
                          Harvard University and an MBA from INSEAD.


                                                       BAYO ODUBEKO

                          Bayo is a Corporate Finance lawyer based in London.Bayo has advised extensively in the emerging markets with a
                          particular focus on Africa. Bayo has advised across different sectors including in the oil and gas, energy, financial
                          services, telecoms, real estate and FMCG sectors. He is dual qualified, having been called to the Nigerian Bar in
                          1996 and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2000.
                          Bayo has advised many of the leading Africa focused private equity and infrastructure funds investing into Africa,
                          including Helios Investment Partners LLP, Development Partners International, AfricInvest Capital Partners –
                          Tuninvest,  Carlyle  Sub-Saharan  Africa  Fund  and  the  Africa  Infrastructure  Investment  Fund  as  well  as
                          development finance institutions such as Africa Finance Corporation, CDC, DEG, FMO, Norfund and Proparco. He
                          has advised on some of the largest acquisitions and disposals in Nigeria including the sale of Chi to The Coca Cola
                          Company, the sale of Watanmal to Helios Investment Partners and the sale of Fan Milk to The Abraaj Group.



                                          TAIWO OLATUNJI
                                          HEAD, INVESTMENT BANKING, FSDH MERCHANT BANK, FSDH GROUP
                          Taiwo  has  over  thirteen  (13)  years'  experience  in  business  and  financial  advisory  services.  He  joined  FSDH
                          Merchant Bank right from the London Business School.
                          Prior to FSDH, Taiwo had a very brief stint in FBN Capital where he was part of the Financial Advisory unit
                          providing advisory services to clients. Before FBN Capital, Taiwo was with Accenture, providing advisory services
                          to clients in the financial services, oil and gas and FMCG sectors.

                          He holds a Masters in Finance degree (Corporate Finance Concentration) from the London Business School and a
                          Bachelors of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is also a CFA charter holder.



                                            PAUL KOKORICHA
                                            PEVCA, NIGERIA CHAIRMAN; PARTNER, AFRICA CAPITAL ALLIANCE
                          Paul is a Partner in African Capital Alliance (ACA). ACA is a private equity management firm with over $1 billion
                          AUM and has invested in over 40 portfolio companies in Nigeria and the rest of Africa. Paul joined ACA in 2002 as
                          the Chief Financial Officer and made a transition to Fund Manager role in 2004. In his role as Fund Manager for
                          Capital Alliance Private Equity Funds, Paul has been actively involved in all aspects of private equity investment
                          management, including fund raising, deal origination, investment structuring and exit.
                          Prior  to  joining  African  Capital  Alliance,  Paul  was  Group  Head  Operations,  Liberty  Bank  Plc,  a  mid-sized
                          commercial bank and Senior Manager, Arthur Andersen & Co, an accounting, audit and consulting firm.

                          Paul is the Chairman of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Association of Nigeria and sits on the board of
                          other companies.


                                            IFY OSSI
                                            EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, PEVCA, NIGERIA

                          Ify Ossi is the Executive Secretary of PEVCA. She oversees PEVCA's secretariat and implementation of its
                          objectives.
