                          Efiok joined the SEC in 2002, holds a degree in Business Management and is an associate of the Chartered
                          Institute  of  Stockbrokers  (CIS),  Nigeria.  Worked  in  the  Collective  Investment  Services  (now  Investment
                          Management Department) from 2002 to 2008 with responsibility within the processes for authorization and
                          supervision of Unit Trust Schemes; Monitoring and Investigation Department, 2008 – 2013, as part of the team
                          undertaking continuous supervision of business activities of Capital Market Operators for their registered market
                          functions;  Head  of  Fund  Management  Supervision  Division,  2014  –  2016  saddled  with  the  responsibility  of
                          continuous supervision of Market intermediaries undertaking Asset management activities; Head of Investment
                          Management Department, 2016 – April 2018.
                          A member of a number of working Committees within the SEC, principal of which is the Rule Making Committee
                          saddled  with  the  responsibility  of  continuous  review,  amendment  and  creation  of  Rules  and  Regulations
                          governing  activities,  participants  and  trading  platforms  of  the  Nigerian  Capital  Market.  He  also  served  on
                          financial sector inter agency Committee such as the Committee on Joint Consolidated Supervision, one among a
                          number of committees of the Financial Services Regulatory Coordinating Committee (FSRCC) comprising all
                          Statutory Institutions responsible for supervision of various parts of the Nigerian financial sector – such as
                          Banking, Insurance, Pension, etc established to ensure efficient and harmonized coordination of financial sector
                          supervision and mitigate risks of regulatory arbitrage and contagion.   Member, FSS2020 sub Committee on
                          Infrastructure Financing.

                                                BABATUNDE IRUKERA
                                                CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, THE FEDERAL COMPETITION AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
                                                COMMISSION (FCCPC)
                          Babatunde is the Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission
                          (FCCPC).  Babatunde has an exceptional record of advocacy and representation in competition and consumer
                          protection law. His leadership provides vital clarity and direction that the Commission and industry need in
                          addressing issues of customer service/protection, promoting a level playing field in Nigeria's marketplace, and
                          ensuring regulatory stability.

                          During his three decades of active legal practice, he acquired experiences ranging from being In-house Counsel
                          to General Counsel, Managing Partner in a law firm, and advising senior government officials as well as key
                          government  institutions.  Babatunde  has  considerable  experience  in  transactions,  consumer  protection,
                          competition law, commercial litigation, regulatory work and government relations. He was key counsel in a large
                          multi-jurisdictional  case  involving  a  major  pharmaceutical  company  and  the  conduct  of  a  clinical  trial  that
                          resulted in injuries.   His combination of advocacy, commercial practice and reputation provides the required
                          mutual  industry/regulatory  assurance  and  balance  for  a  robust  regulatory  regime  that  promotes  business
                          stability and investment, as well consumer satisfaction and confidence.
                          Babatunde  was  admitted  to  practice  law  before  the  Supreme  Court  of  Nigeria  in  1990,  and  before  the
                          Washington State Supreme Court in 1996.


                                                    TONY IBEZIAKO
                                                    HEAD, PRIMARY MARKETS, NIGERIAN STOCK EXCHANGE

                          Tony is an experienced Investment banker, Business consultant and Capital markets professional with over
                          18years’ track record of business development & Advisory Services, Deal origination Sales & Distribution, Wealth
                          management & Portfolio management, Commercial & Retail banking and Corporate Strategist.     Tony is also
                          Qualified barrister and solicitor with good negotiation & IT skills, excellent relationship management skills with a
                          proven ability to excel under a challenging and high pressure business environment. He is the Head of Primary
                          Market at the Nigerian Stock Exchange. In his former life, he has also worked with BGL Asset Management, ING
                          Direct UK(now Barclays Bank) and Diamond Bank. He is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor, has an MSc from the
                          University of Glamorgan, UK, Member of Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and Nigerian Bar Association. He is a
                          sport enthusiast, loves travelling and Reading.
                                                          BOLA AJOMALE
                                                          MANAGING DIRECTOR / CEO, NASD OTC PLC
                          Bola is the pioneer Managing Director of NASD PLC. He has a versatile background as an investment and financial
                          adviser with over 20 years' experience in the Finance Industry.  He is trained as an accountant and Stockbroker
                          with exceptional research and financial advisory skills. His international exposure includes various project and
                          investment advisory work at Manulife Financial and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in Canada.
                          He obtained his degree in Economics at the University of Leeds (UK). He is a Fellow & Member of Council of the
                          Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
                          and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI UK) where he is the inaugural
                          National Advisory Council President.  Bola's interest in deepening the reach of the Nigerian Capital market has
                          also led him to constantly work with committees on enhancing the structure of Nigeria's Capital market.

                                                  BENSON ADENUGA
                                                  HEAD OF OFFICE & COVERAGE DIRECTOR, NIGERIA, CDC GROUP PLC
                          Benson Adenuga is CDC Group's Head of the Nigeria Office. He recently joined CDC from the International
                          Finance Corporation (IFC) where he was the Equity Lead for the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) for Sub-
                          Saharan Africa (SSA), with oversight for a wide-ranging portfolio of equity investments across SSA, including
                          banking, insurance, microfinance and other non-bank financial institutions. Prior to that, he was the FIG's Hub
                          Leader for Anglophone West Africa where he oversaw more than a dozen debt and equity transactions.
                          Before joining the IFC, Benson worked at Actis in West Africa for eight years as an equity investor where he was
                          involved in landmark transactions in the Nigerian market, and at KPMG Professional Services as a Senior Manager
                          in the audit and business advisory services department.
                          Benson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds an MBA with Distinction from
                          the University of Warwick in England.
