Services Offered Internally To Our Staff


           The success of the Just Property brand lies primarily in the ability of the franchising team at Head
           Office to equip our agents and support staff across the franchise offices with the skills and knowledge
           to stand out in the competitive real estate market. The services provided internally to Just Property
           staff fall into five broad categories:


                  BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS


           Just Property franchise offices receive everything needed to run successfully:

                New-franchisee training and mentoring


                Operations manuals


                Legal documentation, including employment contracts, lease agreements and offers to purchase


                IT systems to manage all aspects of property sales, letting and management

                Formal and informal coaching and mentoring from subject matter experts at Head Office


                Multiple workshops and networking opportunities with other franchisees


                A central Dashboard that is a portal to all the systems, documents and reporting that agents and
                franchisees need to operate successfully



                  INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY



           IT systems form the backbone of Just Property and this is supported by a dedicated, in-house IT team
           that  consists  of  developers,  support  technicians,  digital  marketers,  and  project  managers.  More
           resources are allocated to the IT function than any other at Head Office. By leveraging both emerging
           and proven technologies, and being agile in response to market conditions, Just Property is able to do
           things differently, smarter and better. Comprehensively outlining the extent of the IT systems and the
           value they bring to staff, agents and all our clients is beyond the scope of this submission.



                  MARKETING



           Just Property is leading the way in its marketing approach; shifting to a digital focus has been a key
           strategic direction for the brand. Engaging in the digital space allows the brand and the real estate
           professionals operating under it to be RELEVANT, OMNIPRESENT and INTIMATE (ROI). The ROI
           Method is a new approach to marketing. It’s based on illuminating our potential client’s pain, and then
           ethically offering to help them resolve it. This is the opposite of scarcity or ego-driven marketing, which
           is what most marketers focus on. This new approach is different. The ROI Method aligns our business in
           a way that truly serves our clients. The marketing function at Head Office covers a wide portfolio,
           including brand awareness and management, agent and property promotions, lead generation and
           public relations.
