“Our growing package has given the pupils the opportunity
to develop their skills right through the curriculum,
from researching, planting, maintenance of the crops,
measuring, harvesting, profit and loss, marketing, learning about
sustainability and problem solving. They have been so enthusiastic
with every aspect. We held a mini market where we offered
our produce to help our local community during the cost of
living crisis. It has also helped us engage more with the local
community’.”
