William (Tyler) Pass, Crew Chief RGS10 was nominated in July by
Zebediah Dintelman, Manager Rail Grinding

At 0653 on July 21, 2020 we received the following message about
RGS10, "Moving tonight. Have a crew there for 10pm." At the
time RGS10 was not staffed nor did we have an experienced RGS
crew in the area that could confidently accommodate the request.
Knowing that William was a short flight away, I called in a "favor."
Without hesitating, while on timeoff, William agreed to drop every-
thing and jump on a flight. William has always been a leaning post
when the going gets tough, this was no exception. Thanks to Wil-
liam's selflessness and dedication to Loram's success, we were suc-
cessfully and safely able to get RGS10 moved towards its next project.

Field Employee Promotions

Congratulations to the following employees who received a promotion in July!

Joseph Corral was promoted to Superintendent.

Norville Brown and Tanner Garrett were promoted to Assistant Superintendent.
Michael Hunter was promoted to Crew Chief.

Danue Picott and Steven Madeiros were promoted to Machine Operator-2.
Roderickious Williams, Christian Hardy and William Wilson were promoted to Machine Operator-1.

Howard Stufflebean and Darryl Cheese were promoted to Maintenance Specialist 2.
