Your Life Matters!
You may have already seen the announcement that we have a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
called Life Matters. But what does this mean for you?
This means that you, and anyone in your immediate family, has resources available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week to help navigate through the pressures and anxieties of today’s world. This service is free to use,
no matter how many times you call or use the website – there’s no limit.
Life Matters helps by offering confidential support and impartial guidance for stresses like illness, debt,
family problems and health – and these are only a handful of the situations that they can assist with.
When you call, you don’t have to provide your name, but you will need to say what company you work
for. Loram will not know that you called – it is completely confidential, and you will not be identified.
