Interview with Tanner Polomny, Superintendent RG412. Tanner’s hometown is Otsego, MN and has been with Lo-
ram since August 2016.
Q: What’s your favorite memory from the past year?
A: My favorite memory the past year was when we filmed the new general laborer video, everyone definitely had a
great time filming it and then watching it when it got released.
Q: What’s your favorite thing about working at Loram?
A: Every day in the field is different. There is always new obstacles and challenges to overcome, it is exciting and
always keeps you on your toes.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do during your time off?
A: I enjoy traveling to other countries. I have been spending a lot of time lately traveling all over Thailand with my
girlfriend and a few good buddies.
Q: What advice would you give to a new employee?
A: It all starts with good work ethic; it definitely does not go unnoticed so if you think you are doing a good job and
working hard kick it up another notch and watch the opportunities unfold.
Q: What’s your favorite restaurant to eat at on the road?
A: Jack Stack Barbecue .
