OPERATIONS UPDATES
Tips and Tricks Replay, by Dawn Nelson, Field Relations Coordinator
Good Morning! I’ve had several requests for this Tips and Tricks. This one is about reply-
ing to email messages. Below is a visual that you see every time you open an email.
If you receive a group email from anyone in Operations or another department only click on
reply, not reply all if you have questions. If you receive an Employee Communication that
goes to the entire company and you want to respond, please only click on reply. It’s always
an option to email the person that sent it directly if you have questions.
Other emails you receive may need to be handled differently. Always consider the topic and whether or not the sender is asking
you to Reply All.
