             (7) A reconnaissance party from Quetta under Captain Alston
         arrived in Kerman on the 22nd Hay, after touring they returned on
         14th June and proceeded to India the next day,
             C3) The Acting Political Resident in the Persian Gulf, Lt-Colonel
         7/.R. Hay arrived in Kerman via Shiraz-Yezd on 23rd June and left by
          the same route on 27th,
             (9) ITr. J.C.A. Johnson, H.B.M»s Vice-Consul, Isfahan visited
         Kerman 13-15th July.
            CIO) A military reconnaissance party from Baghdad led by Lt-Col,
         Luck arrived in Kerman on July 16th and returned on July 19th.
            CH) A military reconnaissance party from Quetta, led by Major
         McKellop, arrived in Kerman on 9th July and re’turned on 19th.
            (12)  Five Officers of a reconnaissance party under Captain
         Mortimer, visited Kerman 14-15th August.
            (13)  A geophysical party consisting of two officers and several
          South African other ranks, from 10th Army arrived in Kerman on 13th
         August from Isfahan and left for Bam on 21st August.
            (14)  Major Daniel, G.H.Q., North tfest Army, India, arrived in Ker­
          man on the 6th August from Yezd en route to Quetta,
            (15)  Major R.T, Greenland arrived in Kerman from Zahidan, on the
          25th August, visited Rafsinjan and left for Zahidan on the 28th.
            (16)  M.G.P. Transport Company (O.C. Major P.S. Chow&ry) arrived in
         Kerman from Zahidan on the 23rd August and left for Yezd on the 25th.
            (17)  Sir John Dashwood, representative of the British Foreign
          Office, accompanied by his assistant Mr. Carr, and a British
          chauffeur, arrived in Kerman on the 14th September on an inspection
          tour in connection with natters affecting security. The party left
          for Isfahan on the 29th September.
            (18)  Major Sedcole, arrived in Kerman from Zahidan on the 28th
          September and left for Tehran on the 2yth.
             (19)  Squadron Leader :?r-abner, R.A.F., visited Kerman and Yezd to
          examine sites for landing ground during the 1st half of October.
             (20)  Sir Arthur Farsons arrived in Kerman from Zahiuan on the
          20th October and left for Yezd on the 22nd October.
             (21)  Major Darcy aetherbe with a party of 3.0.RS. arrived in Kerman
          on the 20th October and left for Bam on the 22nd.
            (22)  General Money, G.O.C. Baluchistan District accompanied by
          Colonel Bruce Steer and Lieut. Chapman visited Kerman between 9th -
          10th November.
            (23)  Mr. Stevens of the Oriental Carpet Manufacturing Company
          stayed in Kerman on his way to Tehran between November 8th - 13th.
            (24)  The Rev. Iliffe of the C.M.S. Isfahan visited Kerman between
          28th November and 7th December.
            (25)  Major A.A. Briggs, R.E., arrived in Kerman oti 10th December
          to be D.C.R.E •>  Kerman area.
            (26)  Mr. 1, Fagan with a party of musicians passed through Kerman
          on the 22nd December an route to Tehran.

            (27)  Rev. H.C. Gurney of C.M.S. Yezd, arrived In Kerman on the 30th
          December.
