Snood have appoarod before mo and disputed tho
ownership of land ond oon properties in Hav/ar*
Ahmad bin Shahin olalinod thoso to bo hio property
inhoritod from fathers and forofathorc; Jabr and
Bati claimed thorn to bo thoir proportion ana that
thoy hold document ond requested to bo gdivon timo
to produce it, (thin in v/hon I aoked them to prove
their c.lr.im), and co I have postponed hearing the
oaso until they produoo thoir proofa, Jubr did
not produoo any ovidonooj Ahmad produood many wit-
nosoos which wore ucoopted, Somc of thorn from
Al-Bu-Ainain of Askar, of Osn Asha jar, Eyal bu-Soud,
of Halah, ouch an Ualoh bin lOiomis, Bin Dhain, otc.
All of thoso gave witnesses that Hawar belongs to
Alimad bin Shahin mid has boon in his posoossion.
They havo confiiuiod that and so aooordingly I
have paoood my Judgment that thoy are tho proper
ownors, and nobody has any right to claim, dispute
or disturb thorn in thoso property* Those who havo
rights in the lands should havo thoir righto, tho
lands lmvo boundaries known by thoso interested in
thorn. Anyone who intorforos with tho property
of others will bo punished by tho rulor* Our
Prophot said; "No interference und no harm; the
rulor is tho spear of Cod on tho earth. Ho is to
provont agrenoion and punish agroosors by imprisoning
them, eto* This is in ordor to prevent disturbance •
