The Ruler issued announcement on March 20 sottine up
Administrative Council, composed of three Sheikhs and throe
officials (one British, one Sunni and one Shia), under the
chairmanship of Sheikh Abdullah (the Ruler*s uncle).
Persons appointed are now a reasonable satisfactory selection.
