to represent their inteifsts and put forward suggestions
to the Government* The Government will consider suoh
suggestions in relation to the intor3t and welfare of
the peoplo. If the Government does-not accept any
suggestion. then it will give adequate reason for not

2. The Government will he ready at all times to meet
representatives of committees but must be informed ■ 1
about the organisation of any committee, its name and
objects.
