taken on any action that might bo necessary in
the interests of the prosperity and progress of
Bahrain.
2. Your Highness would have the full support
of Her Majesty's Government in pursuing this
course and in taking such measures as might seem
necessary when the committee had reported. They
beliove that adoption of this method would give
a proper opportunity for the expression of opinion
in an orderly manner and would thus remove any
excuse for criticism or disturbance.
