Shaikh Khallfah 1b the second son of the
Ruler and full brother to Shaikh 'Isa. Tho
Shaikh was born in 1936 and received the same
education as his brother. He is rather taller,
of more prepossessing appearance and a stronger
character, lie appears to be at ease in the
society of foreigners, likes being invited to
their parties and speaks good English, He lived
in London for several months in 1956/57, whore
lie studied English under a privato tutor.
