agree on who is going to process things. Some things get pushed out of finance to others ­ some tasks that
others have done through finance ­ see where those tasks logically lay ­ so people who have never talked
with each other were talking with each other. We had subject matter experts across the agency ­ 35 SME ­
all contributing on an ongoing basis to a global, agency wide project ­ I think people got to know each other.
And they got to know the clients better.

Would relocate ­ I spent a lot of time in the Bay Area. I did my undergad work in UC Irvine.
