When I was at a large group of people that I was supervising, whenever they do small things or big things I
show my appreciation because if you recognize when people are doing good the accomplishments. I tend
to really recognize everyone, my staff so that's how I bring my staff their morare, make sure they
understand anytime there's issues, I make sure they are comfortable coming to me.
