I have no experience with government agencies on those types of things. I do recycle - I'm sure there
are individuals in that group that are well-versed. Currently - I am not very up on that part of the
               business.

What experience do you have in supervising a diverse group of employees, mentoring and growing
them, and what employment issues and challenges have you faced in embracing diversity?

I definitely have experience managing people honestly it has been very diverse I've managed
females, males, different nationalities myself being an African American and making sure we have
everything in place to be a team. The biggest issue is to have a DB ego I've worked with all types and
have never had an issue with that type of thing I doubt I would ever have any issues.

The DPW will manage seven divisions and a staff of over 700. What do you see as the challenges
and what is your experience in managing multiple divisions?

I've managed multiple divsions and departments. I have five people who work to me and their divisions -
we are at a max 50 people including consultants that we manage day-to-day - that 700 number is
probably just staff. I have managed different groups - as far as the challenge of managing that many
folks - you just have to have different people working with you to keep you up to speed - that's all it
comes down to. There's no way to manage by yourself - you have to have good staff and good hierarcy -
have a keen eye on things and check-in.

Anything else you would like to add? If out of area? Are you willing to relocate to the Bay Area
