I also work with the CSU, the Chancellors office on a number of different issues related to innovation to
make operations across all 23 campuses as effective as possible. When I did my dissertation I did a
synergy project, I developed a survey that went to all 23 campuses, then worked with the Chancellor's
office and developed a training that is now used across all CSUs, UC's, and across California
Community Colleges for administrative training. I am a firm believer in making efficient use of limited
resources. I have a unique approach, so I wanted to make sure that I mentioned that as well.
